偏置 AB 双层石墨烯中的三重态超导与自旋密度波

我们研究了伯纳尔双层石墨烯中可能作为基态的自旋密度波与三重态超导。对于无偏置且未掺杂的双层石墨烯,自旋密度波是稳定的。掺杂与外加偏置电压均会破坏该相。我们表明,当施加偏置并轻微掺杂时,双层石墨烯可承载三重态超导相。这两种有序相的机制均依赖于重整化的库仑相互作用。我们讨论了理论结论与近期实验结果的一致性。
