COMPASS 实验通过用 160 GeV/ 的μ子散射横向极化质子,研究了介子的独占性产生过程。测量了五个单自旋和三个双自旋方位角不对称性,作为、或的函数。发现不对称性为。所有其他不对称性也被发现量值很小,且在实验不确定度范围内与零一致。最近使用基于 GPD 模型的計算与当前结果吻合良好。数据被解释为存在手征奇异性横向广义部分子分布的证据。
