横向多模效应对光子-光子门性能的影响

摘要
量子场的多模特性对单个光子之间高保真量子门的实现施加了限制。迄今为止，这仅针对纵向自由度进行了研究。在此我们表明，横向自由度的影响会显著影响量子门的性能。我们还讨论了潜在的解决方案，特别是在横向上分离两个光子。
