摘要
通过超相对论重离子碰撞来探测强相互作用物质的性质。在 RHIC 和 LHC 上测量椭圆流的背景下，剪切粘性尤为引人关注。在本报告中，我们在动力论框架下讨论了重子化学势为零时强子物质中 eta/s 的最新结果。使用 Nambu-Jona-Lasinio 模型，我们特别关注了随温度升高自发破缺手征对称性恢复所带来的效应。
