摘要
我们研究了扩展电荷缺陷对石墨烯电子输运性质的影响。由于与晶格失配相关的内应力,扩展缺陷在化学和外延生长的石墨烯样品中普遍存在。我们表明,在低能下,这些缺陷与二维狄拉克费米子相互作用相当强,并对这些材料的直流电导率产生重要影响。
