摘要
我们研究了扩展电荷缺陷对石墨烯电子输运性质的影响。由于与晶格失配相关的内应力，扩展缺陷在化学和外延生长的石墨烯样品中普遍存在。我们表明，在低能下，这些缺陷与二维狄拉克费米子相互作用相当强，并对这些材料的直流电导率产生重要影响。
