摘要

我们考察了在无序系统中存在温度梯度时的电子传输性质，这些系统位于金属-绝缘体相变[MIT]附近。使用Chester-Thellung-Kubo-Greenwood线性响应公式，计算了三维Anderson局域化模型中的直流电导率 $\sigma$ 、热电功率 $S$ 、热导率 $K$ 以及 Lorenz 常数 $L_0$ 。我们展示了 $\sigma$ 、S、K和 $L_0$ 可以归一化为单个缩放参数 $k_BT/|{\mu-E_c}/E_c|$ 的单参数缩放曲线。
