摘要

本文报道了透明柔性聚合氧化石墨烯的制备，该材料由具有 $sp^3$ 杂化轨道的碳原子和非平面环状结构组成，并在室温下表现出介电常数的色散现象。这种频率依赖性使该材料适用于制造微型化、柔性且透明的可变电容器，从而实现更小、更简单的集成电子器件。我们基于空间电荷效应讨论了这种极化特性。
