摘要
基于热扩散的唯象理论,我们表明吸收激光脉冲后产生的峰值温度 强烈依赖于脉冲持续时间。我们确定了三种不同的热传导区,可通过一个仅依赖于脉冲持续时间和材料常数的简单参数来识别。该唯象方法得到了热扩散数值模拟以及利用1 ps和10 ns光脉冲进行瞬态光栅激发后热表面膨胀测量的支持。
