半金属锰氧化物磁化动力学中的瞬态量子隔离与临界行为

摘要

我们结合时间分辨泵浦-探测磁光克尔效应与光电子能谱实验,并辅以理论分析,以确定半金属铁磁锰氧化物 La1xSrxMnO3La_{1-x}Sr_{x}MnO_{3} 中离域电子的弛豫动力学。我们观察到 La1xSrxMnO3La_{1-x}Sr_{x}MnO_{3} 的半金属特性决定了电子相变与磁化猝灭的时间尺度,揭示了双交换铁磁体中自旋系统的量子隔离可延续至数百皮秒。我们展示了时间分辨硬 X 射线光电子能谱(TR-HAXPES)作为一种独特工具,可甄别复杂材料中二阶相变过程中强关联电子态的演化。
