面向无线资源管理的可迁移多保真贝叶斯优化

摘要

无线资源分配常需优化其评估成本高昂的黑箱目标函数。常规优化方法针对每个新系统配置分别应用,导致在计算资源或及时性约束下评估次数不切实际。为缓解此问题,本文引入一种基于新信息论获取函数的多保真持续优化框架。该新策略探测候选解,以平衡获取当前优化任务信息的需求,同时实现面向未来资源分配任务的信息获取,同时满足查询预算约束。实验在多细胞多天线系统的上行功率控制中表明,所提方法在处理足够数量的任务后显著提高了优化效率。
