对抗攻击在合成语音检测上的可迁移性

摘要
合成语音检测是音频安全中最重要的研究问题之一。同时，深度神经网络易受对抗攻击。因此，我们建立了一个综合基准来评估合成语音检测任务上对抗攻击的可迁移性。具体地，我们尝试研究：1）对抗攻击在不同特征间的可迁移性。2）特征提取超参数变化对对抗攻击可迁移性的影响。3）裁剪或自填充操作对对抗攻击可迁移性的影响。通过这些分析，我们总结了合成语音检测器的弱点以及对抗攻击的可迁移性行为，为未来研究提供见解。更多细节见 https://gitee.com/djc_QRICK/Attack-Transferability-On-Synthetic-Detection。
