考虑泊位分配与时间相关约束的不定期船调度问题

摘要
本文针对不定期船调度问题提出了一个包含泊位分配考虑的模型，其动机源于某航运公司的真实案例。目标是在考虑泊位处多次停靠和多个时间窗的情况下确定每艘船舶的航行计划。该工作由于调度过程中同时考虑了空间和时间属性而具有创新性。所得模型被表述为一个混合整数线性规划问题，并且给出了一种处理多船舶计划的启发式方法。通过数值实验凸显了所提方法的优势以及该启发式的适用性。提供了结论与进一步研究的建议。
