追踪银河系残余的核喷流

摘要
MeerKAT射电连续谱与XMM-Newton X射线图像最近揭示了银河系中心一个跨越数度(∼0.5 kpc)的壮观双极通道。一股间歇喷流很可能形成了该通道,并与早先关于数Myr前由黑洞吸积Sgr A所驱动、持续塞弗特量级爆发的证据一致。因此,为追踪一股如今微弱、或许穿透、偏转并沿多条路径渗入星际介质的喷流,我们在档案X射线图像、哈勃空间望远镜帕邢图像、阿塔卡马大型毫米波/亚毫米波阵列毫米波谱以及新的SOAR望远镜红外光谱中识别并量化了相关相互作用。流体动力学模拟被用于展示当前微弱的喷流如何解释这些结构,并膨胀出从银道面延伸的ROSAT/eROSITA X射线与Fermi 射线泡。由此,我们的银河系外流与原型塞弗特星系NGC 1068中由喷流驱动的高能结构具有共同特征。
