摘要
人们普遍认为，由于每个节点都必须达到确定性状态，区块链系统无法执行对外部系统或服务的调用。然而，在本文中，我们通过展示一种使区块链和分布式账本技术能够执行从区块链/DLT 自身发起的对外部系统调用的方法，证明这一看法是预先臆断的。
