摘要
多信使多样性网络（MDN）成立于2018年，将多信使天文学的基本原则——以不同方法开展协作可增进理解并实现以往不可能的发现——延伸至科学研究合作中的公平、多元与包容（EDI）。在美国国家科学基金会INCLUDES项目支持下，MDN致力于通过多信使科学合作代表之间共享知识、经验、培训与资源来提升EDI。MDN的代表成为其合作中的参与负责人，扩展了实践社区的覆盖面。本文概述了MDN的结构、经验教训以及加入方式。
