摘要
为了构建一种基于硅技术的新型光电倍增管概念，我们对由 ST-Microelectronics 制造的新一代单光子雪崩二极管 (SPAD) 的阵列进行了设计与表征。在多种实验条件下评估了 SPAD-ST 器件的单光子灵敏度、暗噪声和时间分辨率。此外，深入研究了多单元集成产生的效应及其共读出方式。
