摘要
我们回顾当前使用的核力，即1990年代的高精度NN势，以及基于手征有效场论（EFT）的核两体与多体力。我们认为EFT方法优于任何旧方案。由于准确的手征力现已可得，微观核结构已步入一个令人振奋的新时代。
