超薄弱吸收半导体光栅中可见光的全吸收

亚波长厚度层中对光的完美吸收通常依赖于奇异材料、超材料或厚金属光栅。在此我们证明,全光吸收可以在由常规材料构成的超薄光栅中实现,包括相对弱吸收的半导体,其兼容光电探测器和光调制器等光电子应用。我们制备了41 nm厚的硫化锑光栅结构,在591 nm可见光波长处测得吸收率 A = 99.3%,与理论高度吻合。我们推断光栅内的吸收为 A = 98.7%,银镜内仅 A = 0.6%。平面参考样品在该波长处吸收 A = 7.7%。
