单层 NbSe$_2$ 上磁性杂质诱导的拓扑超导

摘要
近期实验研究发现，沉积在超导单层 NbSe 上的磁性杂质会产生耦合的 Yu-Shiba-Rusinov 束缚态。本文考虑诱导 Yu-Shiba-Rusinov 能带并在链边缘容纳 Majorana 束缚态的铁磁性杂质链。我们表明这些拓扑相由单层中的强 Ising 自旋轨道耦合所稳定，并考察了作为杂质间距、杂质自旋投影、链在单层表面上的取向以及杂质与超导体间磁交换能强度的函数，Majorana 相出现的条件。
