TOI-1518b:一颗大气中含铁的错位超热木星

摘要

我们报告了 TOI-1518b 的发现——一颗围绕明亮恒星(V=8.95V = 8.95)运行的超热木星。该凌星行星利用 EXPRES 的高分辨率光学透射光谱得到确认。它发生膨胀,Rp=1.875±0.053RJR_p = 1.875\pm0.053\,R_{\rm J},并表现出若干有趣的性质,包括错位轨道(240.340.98+0.93{240.34^{+0.93}_{-0.98}} 度)和近掠射凌星(b=0.90360.0053+0.0061b =0.9036^{+0.0061}_{-0.0053})。该行星以 1.9 天的周期绕一颗快速自转的 F0 型宿主星(Teff7300T_{\mathrm{eff}} \simeq 7300 K)运行,并经历强烈辐射。值得注意的是,TESS 数据显示了深度为 364±28364\pm28 ppm 的清晰次食和显著的相位曲线信号,由此我们获得了大约 320 ppm 的相对昼夜行星通量差,以及对宿主星椭率畸变的 5.2σ\sigma 探测。受近期在超热木星大气中探测到原子和电离物种的启发,我们进行了大气互相关分析。我们探测到中性铁(5.2σ{5.2\sigma}),Kp=15744+68K_p = 157^{+68}_{-44} km s1^{-1}Vsys=164+2V_{\rm sys} = -16^{+2}_{-4} km s1^{-1},为在透射光谱中探测到 Fe 的高度辐射气态巨行星这一小样本增添了又一成员。迄今为止的探测结果特别倾向于半径 1.78RJ\gtrsim 1.78\,R_{\rm J} 的膨胀气态巨行星;尽管这可能归因于观测偏差。TOI-1518b 的平衡温度为 Teq=2492±38T_{\rm eq}=2492\pm38 K,测得的昼侧亮温度为 3237±593237\pm59 K(假设几何反照率为零),是未来发射光谱探测热反转的有力候选者。
