摘要
解析地探讨了磁湍流中高能粒子跨平均磁场的运动。本文提出的方法允许对输运过程进行完整的含时描述,包括复合亚扩散。首次系统地表明,只要湍流存在横向结构,即使不考虑库仑碰撞,扩散也会恢复。同时也找到了亚扩散与正常马尔可夫扩散的判据。
