摘要
我们推导了被球面镜截断并反射的单色平面波光场的公式。该公式对于深镜（即孔径半径接近曲率半径的情况）同样有效。我们将此结果应用于尺寸在数十到数百个波长量级的微加工镜面，并表明可以实现亚波长光斑尺寸。这为无需高性能光学系统的可扩展紧聚焦光学偶极阱阵列提供了可能性。
