摘要
我们分析了外部电场对最近被研究作为分子导线或二极管的分子电子结构的影响。我们使用了一种自洽紧束缚技术，该技术提供了与从头计算一致的结果，并且可以应用于大量分子。分子能级的电压依赖性主要是线性的，其斜率与分子的电子结构密切相关。我们强调，对外加电压的响应是控制分子器件行为的重要特征。
