摘要
高温铜基超导体由层叠的 CuO2 面构成,具有 primarily 二维的电子能带结构与磁激发,而超导相干性是三维的。这种二分法凸显了面外电荷动力学的重要性,其被认为在正常态中是非相干的,却缺乏在能量-动量空间中的全面表征。在此,我们利用带偏振分析的共振非弹性 X 射线散射(RIXS)揭示了电子掺杂铜基超导体中近期发现的集体模式的纯电荷特征。该模式沿面内方向,且重要的是沿面外方向色散,揭示了其三维本质。面外色散的周期性对应于 CuO2 面间距而非晶格学 c 轴晶格常数,表明面间库仑相互作用驱动了相干的面外电荷动力学。所观测性质是长期寻求的声学等离激元的标志,其曾为层状系统所预言,并被认为在介导高温超导电性中起重要作用。
