摘要
利用散射 R 矩阵方法计算了连接至引线的量子点的热电电压。我们的方法考虑了接触端之间超出线性区的温度梯度。当在共振附近改变温度或化学势时,我们观察到热电功率符号的变化。文中讨论了接触耦合强度及热电场对热电电压的影响。
