二维电子体系中绝对负电导的热力学机制

摘要
我们计算了在磁场下、当电子有效温度高于声子系统温度时，二维电子体系的耗散直流电导。我们证明，在电子与晶格温度之间足够大的温差(足够强的微波辐照)情况下，耗散直流电导可变为负值。作为示例，我们考虑了由微波辐照加热的电子情况。
