摘要
我们在自旋阀型三层膜中观测到由两个铁磁层经反铁磁间隔层介导的、受温度强烈控制的磁子层间耦合。该效应表现为两个铁磁体的场致相干翻转,可通过改变温度与间隔层厚度加以控制。我们将观测行为解释为源于三层膜中在略低于反铁磁间隔层 Néel 温度时铁磁与反铁磁磁子模的强杂化。
