变形碳纳米管的热导率

摘要
我们利用非平衡分子动力学方法研究了四种类型变形碳纳米管的热导率。结果表明，各种变形对碳纳米管的热性质有不同的影响。对于弯曲的碳纳米管，其热导率与弯曲角度无关。然而，热导率随 XY 畸变轻微增加，而随 Z 畸变迅速减小。在碳纳米管断裂之前，热导率不随螺旋比变化，但在超过临界螺旋比后急剧下降。
