Sr3Ru2O7 量子临界端点附近的热导率

测量了 Sr3Ru2O7 的热导率,测量温度下至 40 mK,并在磁场通过量子临界端点 H_c = 7.85 T 处。电阻率随场的峰值由热电阻率模拟。当 T -> 0 K 时,我们发现维德曼-弗兰茨定律在所有磁场下都满足至 5% 以内,这表明尽管在量子临界性下费米胶体态被破坏,电子仍然保持其存在。显著的失配(从 ρ_0(H=0T) = 2.1 μΩ cm 到 0.5 μΩ cm)不会影响我们的结论。在有限温度下, Lorenz 数的温度依赖性与铁磁涨落导致的非费米胶体行为相符,这正是在金属临界端点处所期望的行为。
