有源鱼网超材料中的光放大理论

摘要
我们建立了一种理论，将有源双鱼网超材料中的光放大追溯至其微观起源。基于光/等离激元场的从头算，我们直接从坡印廷定理中提取了与增益/损耗通道相关的能量速率和转换效率。我们发现，对于负折射率模式，辐射损耗和增益均超过电阻损耗两倍以上，从而开启了一个广泛的稳态放大窗口（无失稳），即使考虑到金属附近增益的降低，该窗口依然可达。
