我们给出了标准模型中稀有辐射 $B$ 衰变理论的研究现状报告，重点放在遍举衰变 $B \rightarrow X_{(s,d)} \, \gamma$ 和单举衰变 $B \rightarrow (K^\ast,\omega,\rho) \, \gamma$ 上。也简要讨论了 CP 不对称性。
