摘要
我们考虑了固体中高次谐波产生的几个方面：弹性散射与非弹性散射的效应；脉冲特性的变化；以及通过真实能带结构引入材料特定参数。我们重现了固体高次谐波产生实验中许多观测到的特征，包括在反演对称材料中仅产生奇次谐波，以及高次谐波随电场增强的非线性生成。我们发现谐波谱对弹性散射和非弹性散射相当稳健。此外，我们发现脉冲特性在决定谐波谱方面起着重要作用。
