摘要
本文始于如下假设:近未来的100B晶体管单芯片超级计算机将包含N个大核多核处理器、1000N个小核众核处理器、一个类TPU固定结构 systolic array 加速器(用于带宽受限应用中所需最常用机器学习算法)以及一个灵活结构可重编程加速器(用于延迟关键应用中所需较不常用机器学习算法)。
