摘要
本文是对强相互作用物质研究的介绍。我们综述了其不同可能的状态，并讨论了从强子物质到去禁闭夸克和胶子等离子体的相变。随后，我们总结了晶格 QCD 在有限温度和密度下提供的结果，进而研究了去禁闭相变的性质。最后，我们概要介绍了研究夸克 - 胶子等离子体性质的可能途径。
