晶界的超熔现象

摘要
基于晶界（GB）熔化的模型，本文讨论了超熔状态是否存在的可能性。本文通过分子动力学模拟表明，超熔状态可在具有高度对称性倾斜晶界中实现。液相核的大小是否超过决定晶界超熔熔化的临界值。我们的结果还表明，由于核化机制导致的超熔升高小于由于压力导致的熔点升高。
