欧洲脉冲星计时阵列第二次数据发布: VI. 挑战超轻暗物质范式

摘要

脉冲星计时阵列实验通过对一组银河系毫秒射电脉冲星长达数十年的计时,探测可能存在的标量或赝标量超轻暗物质粒子。借助欧洲脉冲星计时阵列的第二次数据发布,我们聚焦于最稳健的情形,即暗物质仅通过引力与寻常重子物质相互作用。我们的结果表明,质量在 1024.0 eVm1023.3 eV10^{-24.0}~\text{eV} \lesssim m \lesssim 10^{-23.3}~\text{eV} 的超轻粒子不能构成100%的已测量本地暗物质密度,但其本地密度最多可为 ρ0.3\rho\lesssim 0.3 GeV/cm3^3
