压缩性在太阳风等离子体湍流中的作用

摘要
太阳风湍流常被假设为不可压缩磁流体力学。我们利用扩展自相似方法揭示了太阳风中密度涨落的结构函数中的尺度关系。获得的尺度随后与在其他湍流系统中被识别为被动标量的量的尺度进行比较。我们发现二者并不一致。这表明要么太阳风湍流是可压缩的，要么结构函数的直接比较不足以充分捕捉其滞留范围的特性。
