摘要
本文得到了精确波函数，其描述了束缚于镜像势以及垂直于金属表面的磁场中的电子的状态。计算了一阶微扰论中由于与外电场相互作用导致的电子能量修正项。分析了通过能级移动实验测量局域电场的可能性。
