二硼化镁的拆对临界电流密度

摘要

通过脉冲直流输运测量,在二硼化镁的整个温度范围内确定了其拆对临界电流密度j_{d}。在固定的低电流密度j值下,电阻转变温度Tc以经典的\Delta T_{C}(j)/T_{C}(0) \propto -[j/j_{d}(0)]^{2/3}方式移动,预测的j_{d}(0) \approx 2 \times 10^{7}A/cm2。从不同固定温度下的电流电压( A/cm^{2}。从不同固定温度下的电流-电压(I-V$)曲线直接测量的j_{d}(0)具有相似的值,并且整体温度依赖性j_{d}(T)和大小与Ginzburg-Landau理论一致。关键词:对,拆对,退对,超导体,超导电性,通量,磁通量子,涡旋,mgb2
