典型碰撞风双星WR 140的轨道与恒星质量

我们给出了沃尔夫-拉叶(WR)双星WR\,140(HD\,193793;WC7pd + O5.5fc)的更新轨道根数。新的轨道根数是利用先前已发表的测量数据以及跨越WR 140在2016年近星点通过的{\color{black}160}个新视向速度测量值推导得出的。此外,利用CHARA阵列收集了四个新的轨道天体测量值。基于这些测量,我们推导出恒星质量分别为 和 。我们还结合双星星族与光谱合成(BPASS)模型网格讨论了该系统的演化历史,表明这颗WR星很可能主要通过恒星风中的质量损失形成,仅有少量质量通过双星相互作用损失或转移。
