核力问题：我们是否看到隧道尽头？

摘要
置于历史背景中，我们综述基于手征有效场论的核子-核子 (NN) 势研究近期进展。一个重大突破是构建了手征扰动论 (ChPT) 次次次 leading 阶（四阶）的第一个 NN 势。该势在重现 290 MeV 实验室能量以下 NN 数据方面的精度与唯象高精度势相当。由于已知三阶及以下的 ChPT 势存在定量不足，近期进展表明 ChPT 四阶对于从手征有效拉格朗日量导出可靠的 NN 势是必要且充分的。这一近期实质性进展令人期望，我们可能正接近解决困扰学界半个多世纪的低能核力问题。
