QCD 预言在临界温度 MeV 之上存在一个新的部分子 Yukawa 相。我回顾了将在重离子反应中用于 RHIC 上搜寻这一新相的一些关键可观测量。讨论了集体可观测量（）、流型、介子干涉、喷注淬灭以及 压低的系统性。本報告以 RHIC 的首批数据作了更新。
