摘要
圆柱形 GEM 内部径迹探测器(CGEM-IT)是 BESIII 实验内部径迹系统的升级。它由三层圆柱形三重 GEM 组成,相对于现有的 GEM 探测器有重要创新,旨在以最低的材料预算实现最佳性能。它将是首个在 1T 磁场内运行并采用模拟读出的圆柱形 GEM。沉积电荷和信号时间的同步测量将允许使用两种算法的组合来评估带电径迹在 CGEM-IT 内部的空间位置:电荷重心模式和微型时间投影室模式。这两种模式互为补充,能够应对在磁场中运行时电子雪崩的不对称性以及非正入射径迹。为了评估不同工作设置下的行为,平面室和首个圆柱形原型都在 CERN 的各种测试束流中使用了 150 GeV/c 的缪子和π介子进行了测试。本文报告了使用这两种重建方法获得的结果以及平面室与圆柱形室之间的比较。
