摘要
本文首次提出了 Mediterraneus 协议。该协议旨在支持构建一个由数字服务创作者拥有、用户通过出示其去中心化数字身份和服务购买证明来消费的数字服务互联网。Mediterraneus 是 Self-Sovereign Identity（SSI）原生的，在其工作原理的核心集成了 SSI 模型，以克服现有 Web3 解决方案中使用假名和集中式访问控制所带来的局限性。
