通过中子衍射和密度泛函理论(DFT)确定了SrFe2As2中的铁磁形状因子。如前所述，使用DFT计算的磁矩大小对Fe-As距离敏感。然而，计算得到的形状因子的形状实际上对Fe-As距离不敏感，并且我们进一步表明，该形状因子与体心立方铁的形状因子非常相似，且与实验吻合良好。由于几何结构和As杂化，自旋密度表现出一定的各向异性。
