我们获得了针对中央分子区(CMZ)内区域的450 μm和850 μm尘埃连续极化观测数据,作为B-Fields In Star-Forming Region Observations(BISTRO)调查的一部分,使用位于詹姆斯·克莱尔·麦克斯韦望远镜上的POL-2极化仪器。这些观测覆盖了三个致密结构:20 km s^{-1}云(20MC)、50 km s^{-1}云(50MC)以及环核盘(CND)。我们的目标是利用偏振尘埃连续数据和达维斯- Chandrasekhar-Fermi方法探讨CMZ内区域的磁场形态与强度。结果显示,三个致密区域的平面面磁场均高度有序。20MC和50MC的平面面磁场强度约为1 mG,CND约为2 mG。我们比较了湍流、引力和热运动与磁场能量的贡献,分别使用等离子体β、质量-磁通比和Alfv\'en马赫数进行分析。结果表明,在CMZ内区域磁场是主要因素。磁场的主导地位可能解释了CMZ中低星形成率的现象。我们进一步通过探讨极化比与总强度之间的关系,考察了尘埃粒子对准效率。结果表明,尘埃粒子与磁场对准。
