摘要
复杂系统在混沌边缘运行最佳的假设似乎也适用于国际体系。在本文中,我认为欧洲国际体系(1495-1945)正常的混沌战争动态在1657-1763年间被一种更简化的动态暂时打断,导致了更激烈的大国战争,并延迟了18世纪国际体系的重组。
