摘要
用于分析苏木精和伊红（H&E）染色的组织病理学图像中结直肠癌（CRC）的可靠影像生物标志物的开发，需要对图像中主要组织成分进行准确且可重复的分类。在本文中，我们提出一种基于卷积网络（ConvNets）的 CRC 组织分类系统。我们研究了在 H&E 染色图像的 CRC 组织样本组织分类中染色归一化的重要性。此外，我们报告了 ConvNets 在一组直肠癌样本和一个独立的公开结直肠 H&E 图像数据集上的性能。
