3R-NbS₂的高压行为

摘要
通过运用金刚石压片法至14 GPa的角分散X射线粉体衍射，研究了3R-NbS₂的高压行为。该结构的压缩行为表现为高度各向异性。垂直于层状结构的压缩刚性是层内结构的2.5倍。采用3次 Birch-Murnaghan方程状态拟合得到零压下的体积V₀=174(1) ų，压缩模量b₀=57(1) GPa，压力导数b'=8.6(5)。
