我们呈现 Heraklion 河外星系目录（HECATE），一个全天区增值星系目录，旨在促进当前及未来本地宇宙中的多波段与多信使研究。它包含多达红移 0.047（D<200 Mpc）的 204,733 个星系，并且在 0-170 Mpc 距离范围内按 B 波段光度密度计完备度超过 50%。通过整合并同质化来自天文数据库与多波段巡天的数据，该目录提供了位置、尺寸、距离、形态分类、恒星形成率、恒星质量、金属丰度以及核活动分类。这一丰富的信息可支持广泛应用，例如：（i）河外源的人口统计研究，（ii）瞬变事件的初步表征，以及（iii）引力波事件的电磁对应体搜寻。该目录通过专门门户向公众开放，该门户还将托管未来在覆盖体积与数据产品方面的扩展。
